Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Prior experience rolling out SAP to Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of SAP deployment lifecycles, covering planning, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
• Experience leading matrixed teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with global PMO tools and standards (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SharePoint, RAID management).
