Job summary

Arbeit Infotech is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Indonesia to lead large-scale initiatives across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services and Finance. You will drive project plans, track milestones, assess risks, and align with executive teams on budgets and communications.

The role requires 12+ years in project management with SAP exposure, excellent English, and a track record in high-tech multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in project management and SAP-related projects.
• Strong English communication skills and currently residing in Indonesia.
• Experience in a high-tech multinational company.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience setting up new business entities in the APJC region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and manage project plans, including execution and tracking of deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
• Partner with Customer Directors and Senior Managers on key projects, logistics, budgets, communications, and team engagement.
• Prepare project status reports and executive briefings for senior leaders and various stakeholder groups.
• Support the development and launch of training programs and other team initiatives.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date insights into relevant regulatory requirements.
