Job summary

PT Guntner Indonesia is seeking an SAP MM functional support specialist to manage purchasing, inventory management, and master data. You will participate in end-to-end SAP projects from implementation through post-go-live, analyze requirements, and prepare specs and test cases.

Collaboration with multiple departments is essential to optimize Procure-to-Pay and warehouse processes. The role requires 3–4 years of SAP MM experience, strong integration knowledge with SD, FI, and WM, and good English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in SAP MM functional support or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor & Material Master Data, and Purchasing Info Records.
• Understanding of SAP integration with SD, FI, and WM.
• SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable; SAP Fiori experience preferred.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
• Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP MM, covering purchasing, inventory management, and master data.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications and test cases.
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Monitor MRP processes, identify system usage issues, incorrect parameters, and process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and improve business processes.
