Job summary

Accenture Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP Finance professional specializing in Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and statutory/management reporting. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

You will lead and support end-to-end consolidation projects, gather requirements, design configurations, and collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, and Audit stakeholders to deliver compliant, optimized financial close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3-10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Financial Consolidation, Corporate Reporting, Management Reporting, or Finance Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, SAP Financial Consolidation, Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Tagetik, or HFM.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, statutory and corporate reporting requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to be assigned on client's site (100%).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP Group Reporting implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, financial close, statutory reporting, and management reporting.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions aligned with accounting standards, reporting requirements, and business objectives.
• Support end-to-end consolidation processes including data collection, consolidation of investments, intercompany matching & reconciliation, currency translation, consolidation adjustments, minority interest calculations, and financial statement generation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Audit stakeholders to define reporting and consolidation requirements.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide recommendations on financial close optimization, consolidation governance, reporting automation, and finance transformation best practices.

This role is suitable for SAP professionals with expertise in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, management reporting, and enterprise finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

About you

Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, SAP Financial Consolidation, Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Tagetik, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or similar consolidation platforms.

Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, group accounting, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement preparation.

Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, statutory reporting, and corporate reporting requirements.

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business stakeholder management.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Willingness to be assigned on client's site (100%)

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations.
