Job summary

PwC Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP FSCM Lead Senior Manager to drive business development, lead strategic client engagements, and oversee large-scale SAP transformations across industries. You will mentor and develop a high-performing consulting team while expanding PwC's FSCM capability in Indonesia.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, optimizing working capital, strengthening financial controls, and modernizing finance landscapes through SAP solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years SAP consulting exp, leading FSCM programs.
• Proven record delivering large SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder and exec-level engagements.
• Prior consulting firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and finance leaders.
• Lead client discussions on finance transformation and FSCM.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Lead - Senior Manager to join our SAP Consulting practice in Indonesia.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business development, leading strategic client engagements, and overseeing the delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs across industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping organizations optimize working capital, strengthen financial controls, enhance treasury operations, and modernize their finance landscape through SAP solutions.

You will play a key role in growing PwC's SAP FSCM capability while mentoring and developing a high-performing consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, Finance leaders, Treasury leaders, and Shared Services organizations.
• Lead client discussions on finance transformation, treasury optimization, cash management, credit management, collections, dispute management, and receivables processes.
• Translate business challenges into practical SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Finance and FSCM best practices.

Engagement Delivery

• Lead end-to-end SAP FSCM transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Oversee solution design, process optimization, governance, risk management, and project execution.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across project lifecycle phases including assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage delivery teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Business Development

• Drive sales pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with SAP, Finance Transformation, Risk, and Industry teams to develop integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and market positioning of PwC's SAP practice in Indonesia.

Practice Development

• Build and develop SAP FSCM capabilities within the practice.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.
• Support recruitment, performance development, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Contribute to internal assets, methodologies, and thought leadership materials.

Preferred SAP FSCM Expertise

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas of SAP FSCM:

• Credit Management (primary)
• Treasury and Risk Management
• Cash Management

Requirements

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12-15 years of SAP consulting experience, with significant experience leading SAP Finance and FSCM programs.
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level engagements.
• Prior experience within a consulting firm or professional services organization is highly preferred.

Leadership

• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP FSCM and connected finance processes.
• Strong understanding of treasury, credit, collections, cash flow management, and finance operations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and finance transformation trends.
• Experience with program governance, risk management, and large-scale delivery management.

Communication

• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and establish trusted advisor status.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
