Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration, business process analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with proactive work style.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Deskripsi PekerjaanAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions aligned with business objectives.Configure, implement, test, and maintain SAP FI modules to support business processes and system enhancements.Gather, evaluate, and document functional requirements while ensuring solutions meet both business and technical needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users throughout project implementation and enhancement initiatives.Provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and user support for SAP FI-related issues and continuous system improvements.Conduct system testing, prepare documentation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.Deliver user training, process guidance, and best practices to maximize SAP FI utilization across business functions.Support SAP implementation projects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration, business process analysis, testing, and solution implementation.Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes and SAP FI functionalities.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide functional consulting to business users.Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Experience in greenfield SAP implementation projects will be an advantage.
