We are recruiting experienced SAP consultants for revenue accounting and reporting roles across various projects. The positions are project‑based and require advanced SAP knowledge.

Project Coordinator – On‑site (Kalideres, Jakarta)

This full‑time role coordinates project activities, manages timelines, and liaises between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include planning, meeting organization, progress tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule project activities, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Organize and conduct stakeholder meetings, maintaining records.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Consulting industry experience is a plus.
Project Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) – Kalideres, Jakarta Barat

Assists clients in establishing and running businesses in Indonesia, handling projects such as Company Registration, Product Registration, Import‑Export License, and Customs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage registration and licensing projects.
  • Coordinate with customers and government agencies.
  • Develop SOPs and new service mapping.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Good administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, collaborative, and quick learner.
  • Full‑time, office‑based.
Legal Documents Review Coordinator – Boj/KSO Projects
Responsibilities
  • Review legal documents of BOJ/KSO companies.
  • Coordinate pending issues with related departments.
  • Create cash‑flow projections, P&L and balance‑sheet projections.
  • Understand tax implications and coordinate with internal tax team.
  • Negotiate with BOJ/KSO partners.
  • Generate reports and presentations; coordinate PIC meetings.
Requirements
  • Aged under 40 years.
  • 5–7 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of BQ projects and financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, good presentation skills.
  • Experience reviewing legal documents.
  • Basic tax knowledge and ability to coordinate with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in developing housing projects is a plus.
Sustainable Agriculture Project Coordinator – Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination, business development, or research experience in agriculture or environment.
  • Proven leadership of field teams, stakeholder management, and independent analytical reporting.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Preference for experience with sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, biochar, or AWD.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian rice farming practices is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, farmer groups, cooperatives, and research institutions.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Accountabilities
  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Estimate resources and manage them efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Provide consistent, timely project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor contracts and deliverables.
  • Apply industry best practices and continuously improve project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies, company policies, and government regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience at the Project Manager level, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and business.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint).
  • PMI certification (PMBOK) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and written English.
