Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Consultant SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
to join our delivery team. The role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions to help clients achieve operational efficiency, reliability, and asset management excellence. This position requires deep functional knowledge of maintenance processes, hands‑on SAP configuration experience, and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver SAP PM implementation, rollout, and support projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP PM configurations.
  • Configure key PM components including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, notifications, work orders, equipment management, and maintenance planning.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO, and ABAP) to ensure integrated end‑to‑end processes.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, prepare documentation (FS, BPDD, test scripts), and support all testing phases (unit, integration, and UAT).
  • Provide user training, go‑live support, and post‑implementation maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and deliver continuous improvement recommendations for maintenance operations.
  • Support data migration, master data setup, and interface testing between SAP PM and other modules/systems.
  • Assist in pre‑sales activities by providing domain expertise, effort estimation, and technical input when required.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, S/4HANA functionalities, and digital maintenance trends such as predictive maintenance and IoT integration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP PM implementation and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes such as preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Experience in equipment hierarchy setup, task lists, notifications, and maintenance order management.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM functionalities or migration projects is highly desirable.
  • SAP certification in Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project‑based environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
