The candidate should have 5+ years in compliance or legal roles, with strong Indonesian regulatory knowledge, data privacy understanding, and proven ability to implement compliance programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance or legal role within a corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• High integrity and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with compliance management software is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to legal requirements, industry standards, and internal controls.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols are implemented and followed.
• Promote a strong ethical culture and compliance awareness across the organization.
