Job summary

PT. CIPUTRA RESIDENCE in Samarinda is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial management, accounting operations, taxation, cash flow, and financial reporting across the organization and its property development projects.

You will ensure accurate and timely reporting, effective cash flow management, proper project cost monitoring, tax compliance, and strong financial controls to support growth and management decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in finance, accounting and tax.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA are an advantage.
• Strong experience in property development, real estate, construction is highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
