Balanced Lane Bali is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role located in Denpasar, with the potential for hybrid flexibility.

At Balanced Lane Bali, we provide fresh daily meals designed to support our customer's health and fitness goals. Our science-driven meals focus on high protein, balanced macronutrients, fresh ingredients, cooking with less oil, and no MSG.

Qualifications

• Fluent and proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Must own a fast and good working computer
• Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• Values quality customer communication and relationship management
• Experience in generating sales, and customer communication
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new skills and always improve
• Experience using task management systems, excel/google sheets & docs, sending reports, doing mathematical calculations, and other data tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
