Position Overview

We seek a Sales person with proven managerial experience and a strong track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts, motivating the sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team, particularly in the onboarding and integration process, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Team management experience is required.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • Provide structured guidance and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring they have the resources for success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with department heads and managers to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain structured processes and company standards to promote consistency and excellence.
  • Foster a positive work culture by engaging employees at all levels and addressing operational challenges.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
  • Create and execute strategic plans with set deadlines to support company growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and reach sales targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term client strategies and support recruitment of additional sales talent as you grow.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports.

  • Handle invoicing and ensure seamless handover to the customer success team.

Qualifications
