Z BIO is an environmental service company focused on addressing food resilience challenges and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in Southeast Asia through natural and circular innovations with insect.

Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role at Z BIO, located in Gianyar & Denpasar. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, generating leads, closing deals, and building relationships with customers. The role involves on-site interactions with potential clients and providing them with information about Z BIO services and solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential clients from hotels, restaurants, and cafes to participate in our food waste pickup program.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient food waste collection processes.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.

- Ride your own vehicle to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

- Graduated with Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Marketing or Management.

- Proven experience in sales for >3 years, preferably within the hospitality or waste management industry.

- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak local Balinese is a plus.

- Established network within the hospitality industry, including hotels, beach clubs, and restaurants.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for client engagement.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region using your own vehicle.
