Job summary

Xendit, a leading Southeast Asia payments platform, seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM Salesforce stack. You will manage declarative configurations, lead CI sprints, and partner with a small RevOps team to keep the platform healthy and evolving.

You will collaborate with Salesforce Engineers and the CRM Transformation Lead to implement enhancements while ensuring data quality and user adoption across connected tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, validation rules, reports/dashboards).
• Experience with sprint-based delivery and backlog management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement sprints and backlogs for the GTM platform.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, and reports.
• Maintain Salesforce-integrated tools and coordinate with third-party CSMs as needed.
• Scope and spec enhancement requests for Engineers to build.
• Maintain data quality, users, and adoption across Salesforce and integrations.
