Responsibilities

Develop and implement structured sales training modules tailored to logistics and express delivery services.

Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing sales staff.

Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with Sales Leaders and HR.

Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure training reflects business updates and service innovation.

Coach individual sales team members as needed to improve performance and sales techniques.

Support onboarding processes for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration and quick ramp‑up.

Continuously refine training content based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales field feedback.

Requirements
