- Melakukan follow up calon pelanggan (leads) dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan lama.
- Membantu tim marketing dalam kegiatan promosi dan penawaran produk.
- Mencatat dan melaporkan aktivitas komunikasi pelanggan serta hasil follow up.
- Mendukung pencapaian target penjualan tim.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau Bisnis).
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Customer Service, Telemarketing, atau Marketing Support.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan persuasif.
- Mampu menggunakan komputer, Microsoft Office, dan media sosial.
- Berorientasi pada target dan kepuasan pelanggan.

The opportunity
We are looking someone good in implement, conduct, and manage sales & marketing activities to achieve KPI target within company regulation, company policy and QEHS.
How you'll spend your day
- To visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals in order to develop and maintain good relationship with medical communities, marketing activities that support Actavis product in medical institutions in related area, and always keep update with related data to ensure the products awareness and existence.
- To maintain and always keep update with medical and product knowledge to increase Actavis products awareness and to ensure that they are able to deliver appropriate product information.
- To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the marketing program activities.
- To monitor the competitor activities, products availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness.
- When required, together with Medical Affairs in continuing and following up HCP complaints related to the drugs safety monitoring and to assist QA department in following up the customer complaints in relation to the products quality in order to ensure the Actavis product quality and to improve customer services.
- Ensure the compliances to the QEHS procedure, regulations and company policy.
Your experience and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Degree (majoring: Chemical or Pharmacy) or any related major
- 1-2 years experiences in medical sales representative with ethical products handle in neuro, internist, pulmo would be great
- Experiences handling JKN, e-catalogue and ethical products
- Familiar with Cirebon area covered
- A fast learner and quick adapt
- Computer Literacy : Excel and passive English

General Sales Role Summary & Responsibility
Role Summary & Responsibility :
- Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
- Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
- Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, throughput, product mix & realization
- DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
- Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
- Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
- Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant areas such as distribution and sales operations is desirable
- Have a valid Driver License (SIM A)
- Aggressive and result-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and push market boundaries
- Track record as a brand launcher, successfully introducing and growing new products in competitive markets
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, or executing business acquisition opportunities is a plus
