A leading certification company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Personnel to maintain customer relationships and enhance market share. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding client information, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field, along with at least 2 years of sales experience. Knowledge in sustainability and strong communication skills are preferred for this dynamic role.
Maintaining good working relationships with the local parties for referrals, and customers
Ensuring that all sales quotations are as per relevant Guidance and company’s policy and procedures.
Ensuring the safeguard of client’s confidential information.
Maintain and update leads data base in CRM for your account.
Act as company representative and uphold the company brand and image.
Accentuate customer services and customer promised in the whole process of sales.
Preparing and submitting monthly sales report to Sustainability Manager on the last working day of the month.
Prepare proposal and contract in aligned with procedures of sales.
Find and register new clients in the CBQA client list
Input contracts in Jurnal.id properly.
Coordinate with Operation & Technical Department in handling customer inquiry, feedback and complaint
Coordinate with other related departments such as Strategic Account for existing clients handover, Marketing for leads and all marketing tolls, IT, Finance for invoicing and collections supports.
Developing the market share.
Minimum bachelor’s degree of Management, Business, or any related field
Having experience as sales personnel for certification and/or verification and/or training company minimum 2 years
Having a good communication skills, result oriented, eager to develop new market, strong analytical skills, can work with or without team, strong sense of learning
Good understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG, compliance, or related standards (preferred)
