Job summary

WINGS Group mencari pemimpin tim penjualan berpengalaman untuk memimpin tim penjualan, merumuskan strategi pencapaian target, dan meningkatkan layanan pelanggan. Kandidat diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor dan berasal dari latar FMCG.

Peluang penempatan di beberapa lokasi regional tersedia. Anda akan bertanggung jawab membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, memimpin tim, dan mencapai target penjualan sesuai arah perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Minimal Diploma atau Sarjana dari jurusan apa pun.
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor atau peran serupa.
• Diutamakan berasal dari industri FMCG.
• Mampu memimpin tim.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin tim penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan.
• Menyusun strategi untuk mencapai target, kerja sama tim, dan pelayanan pelanggan.
• Membangun hubungan dan komunikasi yang baik dengan semua pelanggan.

Job description

Candidate must own at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.

Preferably from FMCG Industries.

Experienced in leading team.

Able to drive and have the license for Car (SIM A).

Willing to be placed in North Sumatera, Bangka Belitung, Pangkalpinang, Jambi, South Sumatera, Lampung or West Kalimantan area. *placement will determined based on company needs and consideration.
