PT Suri Nusantara Jaya is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Supervisor HoReCa to lead our sales growth in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve HoReCa sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share in the HoReCa channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HoReCa sales, preferably in FMCG and food & beverage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HoReCa industry dynamics and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Available to work on Saturdays (half day).
