Job summary

A leading consumer goods manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team and achieve targets. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Responsibilities include creating strategies and building customer relationships. Willingness to be placed across various regions in Sumatera is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
• Preferably experienced in FMCG Industries.
• Experience in handling frozen food & beverages is a plus.
• Able to drive and hold a valid Car license (SIM A).

Willing to be placed in North Sumatera (Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Medan, Rantau Prapat, Siantar, Sidempuan, Stabat, Nias, Batam); West Sumatera (Bukit Tinggi, Padang, Muara Bungo, Sarolangun, Jambi, Pekanbaru, Bengkulu); South Sumatera (Lampung, Baradatu, Liwa, Tulang Bawang, Kelapa, Lubuk Linggau, Tugumulyo); West Kalimantan (Pontianak and Ketapang); and Batam area. *placement will be determined based on company needs and consideration.
