As a Sales Supervisor Food Products at PT Signa Husada, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our diverse range of food products in the Jakarta region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure they achieve their individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive the sales of food products in the Jakarta market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive product sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve sales performance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
