Job summary

Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate data in the ERP system and timely shipments. You will lead a team, coordinate with finance and logistics, and uphold strict control procedures across all stock movements.

Qualifications include a related degree and strong communication skills; SAP experience is a plus, as is prior work in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and handle material management for CCC Gresik plant by providing written electronic and telephone communication for documentation, warehouse and shipment to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Provide direction and settle invoices and other documents regarding warehouse management in collaboration with the accounting department following the established schedule.
• Conduct in depth research and participate in inventories, reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure their timely settlement.
• Partner and collaborate with other departments and locations to reconcile discrepancies related to the circulation of documents.
• Lead and collaborate with the transportation and trade operations department in the scope of shipment arrangements or clarification of any irregularities or discrepancies for the delivery of goods.
• Oversee the validation of generated warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy and take immediate action to correct inaccuracies.
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Warehouse Manager will oversee and handle complex tasks related to inventory and warehouse activities in Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. In this role, you will interact with customers, suppliers and other contractors as well as with internal teams to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and accuracy of all data in business management software. You will also lead in establishing inventory control concepts, best methods or procedures and handle different types of documents related to shipments, including settlement of logistics invoices.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Have 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or relevant experiences
+ Hands-on proficiency and data management experience using SAP is a plus
+ Prior experience operating within the food manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG industry
+ Familiar with Bonded Zone ( _Kawasan Berikat_ ) or Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) regulations and customs documentation
