We are seeking for a Sales Manager who can drive revenue, lead generation, and branding for coliving.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Management – Oversee and optimize coliving revenue to ensure effective business operations.
- Business Development – Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new business projects.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and implement flexible strategies to support operational needs.
- Operational Efficiency – Enhance coliving systems, including sales, events, and reservations, to drive company growth.
- Lead Generation – Identify, qualify, and convert potential residents.
- Tour & Viewing Management – Schedule and conduct property tours.
- Sales Reporting – Prepare and present regular sales updates.
- Account Management – Build relationships with residents and explore upsell opportunities.
- Sales Team Management – Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Event Planning – Organize events, webinars, and community activities.
- Budget Management – Oversee marketing budget and optimize ROI.
- Resident Retention – Develop strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Pricing Strategy – Implement competitive pricing strategies for coliving spaces.
- Discount & Promotion Management – Manage promotional offers and discounts.
- Revenue Forecasting – Analyze and project future revenue growth.
- Performance Management – Evaluate and enhance team performance.
- Data Analysis – Monitor sales, marketing, and occupancy data for insights.
- ROI & Market Analysis – Measure campaign performance and analyze competitor activities.
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with high adaptability.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred:
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM and OTA system.
- High sense of urgency and agility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
- Experience in coliving sales & marketing is a plus.
- Must be based in Bali.
