PENEMPATAN AREA : MAKASSAR - SULAWESI SELATAN
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to manage & oversee sales team & activity in the assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market potential and company targets.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved consistently.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of promotional programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (retailers, distributors, or end-users).
- Handle customer complaints or operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee product distribution and ensure stock availability in the market.
- Ensure products are displayed correctly and support inventory management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Report sales performance and progress to upper management on a regular basis.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years as Sales Supervisor.
- Expertise in sales management (Sell-In to Distributor, Sell through to Stores, Sell Out to customers).
- Understand and know basic flow business in distributor FMCG or Pharmacy.
- Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).
- Can analyze report and result oriented.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English is preferred).
- Willing to place in certain area and following distributor agendas.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
