Sales Staff For Cooling Tower and other Product

Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers (industry, contractors, distributors, and end-users).

Promote and present products such as cooling towers, chiller, pumps, and other supporting products to potential customers.

Prepare and send price quotes according to customer needs.

Negotiate prices, specifications, and sales terms to achieve established sales targets.

Follow up on sales prospects until deals are closed.

Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.

Monitor projects and deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.

Prepare regular sales and customer visit activity reports for superiors.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, or company promotional activities related to Ebara products.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred).

Experience in industrial sales or engineering products (pumps, HVAC, cooling towers, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work with targets and highly motivated in sales.

Willingness to travel on business trips outside the city.
