A Japanese Automotive Trading Company is seeking a Sales Staff member to manage delivery schedules and prepare sales reports in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.

Control daily delivery schedules from customers and prepare reports to support the Manager.
Follow up BP and compare with actual purchase orders from customers.
Manage and control sales orders and delivery schedules – monitor, check, and solve daily issues related to shortages, claims, or quality.
Prepare weekly sales reports and update weekly sales activities – check and follow up on shortage materials and customer forecasts.
Control and submit delivery schedules.
Follow up with customers for new model development, localization, or discontinuation matters.
Prepare monthly and sales result reports – compare sales BP, make monthly delivery schedules, and update monthly forecasts.
Check and follow up on fast-moving items.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Fluent in English (daily communication level or higher).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive work attitude, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks.
