Responsibilities

Create a list of potential clients by industry sector, including researching their profiles, business background, and sales opportunities.

Identify and reach out to potential clients in the IT and media monitoring sectors. Contact them to set meeting agendas and prepare presentation materials (such as dashboard accounts, analyst reports, proposals, and more).

Promote and sell products/services to potential clients and provide monthly updates to the management team.

Gather key information from clients—like their business goals, current or upcoming challenges, and anything else that can help increase sales opportunities—and share these insights with the internal team.

Keep track of all clients in the pipeline and update their status for the client database.

Build and maintain positive business relationships by showing great communication and negotiation skills, helping clients with their needs, and solving any issues that come up.

Prepare weekly and monthly work reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline major

3-4 years of successful experience in direct sales. Proven experience in media monitoring or system integration is more preferable

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Having a client database in the media monitoring industry would be beneficial
