Job summary

PT. Cipta Mapan Logistic is looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in logistics systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Marketing / Sales within Supply Chain / Logistics Systems.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Logistics Sales professional.
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).

Responsibilities

  • Identify new (large account) customers through existing networks and expand new networking opportunities to meet targeted goals.
  • Provide the best solution offerings to potential customers, including competitor analysis, value propositions, and market-based pricing strategies.
  • Persuade and negotiate with potential customers to secure deals as quickly as possible.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement and handle day-to-day issues related to sales performance.
  • Analyze and plan service, solution, and value-added developments offered by competitors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  2. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Marketing / Sales within Supply Chain / Logistics Systems, or a minimum of 1 year experience as a Logistics Sales professional.

  3. Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

  5. Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.

  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create reports and business correspondence.

  7. Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (warehousing, distribution/trucking, and logistics).

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  9. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  10. Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
