Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Present and promote IT outsourcing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, IT Manager, CTO, Procurement).

Understand client needs for IT talents (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of talent to clients.

Prepare proposals, pricing, and handle commercial negotiations.

Update sales pipeline and provide regular reports using CRM or internal tools.

Requirements
