II. Job Requirements
Language Skills

Fluency in both English and Indonesian, orally and in writing, to communicate seamlessly with the Chinese headquarters and Indonesian clients.

Educational Background

Associate degree or higher, with preference for majors in marketing, business administration, mechanical engineering, etc.

Work Experience
  • Applicants with over two years of truck‑sales experience are preferred. They should know the Indonesian truck market, including features and advantages of different brands, and have some clients and industry contacts.
  • Recent graduates with strong sales potential, learning ability, and a keen interest in truck sales will also be considered.
Professional Skills
  • Familiarity with sales processes and skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Proficiency in basic business‑negotiation skills to secure favorable cooperation terms and reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
  • Computer‑operation skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to create sales reports and product‑promotion materials.

  • Hardworking, able to travel often to Indonesian client locations and market‑research sites.
