Job Description
- Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers through calls, email, and Live Chat
- Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
- Preferably has 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
- Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e-commerce company
- Placement is in Yogyakarta for 3 - 6 months contract based
Additional responsibilities
- Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
- Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
- Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
- Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database
Additional Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Based in Yogyakarta
- Available to start immediately
- Willing to work in shifts
