Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationship with customers in the industry sector as well as another potential sector
  • Maintain relationship and regular visit to principal
  • Handling customer complaints, developed sales strategies and able to expand new client base and service existing clients
  • Review & plan customer business, products, service packages, contracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and debts
  • Set up budget based on company business plan, direct, control and evaluate the implementation periodically and continuously improve performance
  • Ensure system related problems are resolved timeously and satisfactorily
  • Proactively establish and maintain professional working relationship internally and externally
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma degree preferable in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or marketing in related field
  • Track record in trading / sales and handling complex requirements
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skill, good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
