Responsibilities
- Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets in Jabodetabek
- Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels
- Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects sales prospects and the sales process
- Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels
- Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends
- Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market
- Promote and sell a wide range of products, including food ingredients, flavors, and HORECA chain products such as syrup, popping boba, jam, etc
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs
- Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application, Marketing, and Product Development
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the designated country as needed.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as the company does not have a local office in the designated city.
