Job Description
- Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets in Bandung.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilising various channels.
- Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects sales prospects and the sales process.
- Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market.
- Promote and sell a wider range of products, including food ingredients, flavours, and HORECA chain products such as syrup, popping boba, jam, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs.
- Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by a superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3‑5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the flavour industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- A self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the designated country as needed.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as the company does not have a local office in the designated city.
