Job description
Responsibilities and duties
  1. Job scopes are generally about creating business opportunity, profiling qualified prospect, cold-calling leads and pipeline management, and most importantly promptly achieving sales target. Sales cycle included manage after sales services and update of customer’s database to CRM.
  2. Prepare proposal, quotation and sales order for clients.
  3. Conduct business events, Expo and road show.
  4. Stock delivery arrangement, after sales services and payment collection.
  5. Handle customer services, SLA, warranty claim, product samples and arranging technical support for customer.
  6. Prepare business reporting for example Sales report, survey report, ISO report etc.
  7. Maintain an effective filing system that is easily assessable by the Sales/Management Team.
  8. Continuously update and improve the FAQ/ knowledge base in the system based on the first level technical support experience.
  9. Attend user group meetings, industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
  10. Prepare and present fortnightly sales activities report during sales management meeting.
  11. Work closely with the marketing team to maintain company advertisement in B2B including B2B website, forum, etc.
  12. Monitor and report the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
  13. Conduct webinar, inhouse seminar, knowledge symposium, business conference and product expo whenever necessary.
  14. Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
Skills and specifications
  1. The applicant must be well versed in business communication and great in interpersonal skill, presentable, forward thinker and constant learner, independent with mature critical thinking, resourceful and committed.
  2. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
  3. Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office such as MS Excel, MS Word etc.
  4. Knowledge in SI (System Integration) would be an added advantage.
  5. Willing to travel to overseas if required.
Education and Qualifications
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Relevant IT background is highly preferred.
  2. Require language(s): English
  3. 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
