The Role (Sales Focus)
- Work directly with inbound buyer leads – no cold calling needed.
- Focus on selling Bali’s top villas, developments, land, and investment properties.
- Build long‑term relationships with sellers and investors.
- Use FazWaz’s exclusive tech tools, CRM, and listing platform to manage deals.
- Leverage a dedicated listings team, transaction team, and marketing engine to support you from start to finish.
- Dominate your zone and become a known player in the Bali market.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or real estate (real‑estate license is a bonus, not a must).
- Strong communication skills and a self‑driven mindset.
- Confidence with clients, from expats to investors to locals.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia or other languages are a plus).
- Comfortable using tech tools (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).
