Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemistry or related fields and at least one year of experience in the PVC or Rubber industry. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, preparing sales orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are a plus. PT WWRC Indonesia is looking for a Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor to manage PVC & Rubber chemicals supply businesses.

Job Description

1. Manage B2B sales of PVC & Rubber to existing and new customers.
2. Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer base.
3. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers through regular sales visits and follow-up.
4. Access market demands and deploy marketing strategies of target customer bases.
5. Forecast stock demand, handle price negotiation with customers, and payment collection from customers.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare quotations and raise sales order requisition when receiving customer purchase order.
2. Raise corrective action request on customer complaints, ensuring actions are implemented.
3. Verify action effectiveness for customer complaints.
4. Coordinate inspection, ensuring necessary assistance is provided.Recommend quality improvement measures.
5. Other authorities and responsibilities as documented in relevant procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Marketing or equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of working experience specialized in PVC or Rubber industry.
• Fluent in English; plus point for Mandarin language.
