About the role

As a Sales Consultant Property at PT Tokyu Land Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find their dream apartment. Working within the residential property sales division, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire apartment buying process, from initial consultation to final contract signing. This is a full‑time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the dynamic real estate industry.

What you'll be doing
  • Actively engaging with potential customers to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Showcasing available properties and highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless transaction process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new leads through networking and marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in residential property sales, preferably within the real estate industry, including experience in selling luxury apartments above 4 billion in South Jakarta.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the property industry especially luxury apartments (not landed houses) with an extensive sales network, and experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem‑solving.
  • Familiarity with local property market conditions and regulations.
  • Passion for the real estate industry and a drive to succeed.
