Job summary

PT ADHYATA SYANDANA in Medan is seeking a Sales Promotor for smartphone products. You will achieve sales targets and provide product information and demonstrations to customers in-store.

The role requires at least 1 year of smartphone promotor experience, neat appearance, strong communication, and a sales-driven mindset. Samsung brand experience is a plus, as are other brands.

Incentives and allowances are provided, with a base salary in line with UMK and performance-based rewards.

Sales Promotor for smartphone products, responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product information and demonstrations to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and meet sales targets set by the company

• Promote and demonstrate smartphone products to customers
• Provide accurate information regarding features, specifications, advantages, benefits, and product promotion programs
• Help customers choose products that suit their needs and preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the sales area and ensure product displays are well-organized and attractive
• Update knowledge regarding products, promotion programs, market developments, and smartphone industry trends

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a smartphone sales promotor (mandatory requirement)
• Neat appearance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High interest and motivation in sales and marketing, particularly in the retail smartphone industry
• Experience as a Samsung Promotor will be prioritized
• Open to candidates with experience as promotors of other smartphone brands such as OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, Infinix, or other smartphone brands
