A leading financial services company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Promoter Team Leader to manage a team of 15–20 sales promoters. This role involves meeting sales targets, conducting merchant visits, and ensuring effective program execution. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills along with at least 2 years of experience in sales. Competitive salary offered, with a range of IDR 9,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Strong leadership, team, and area management skills.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media.
  • Experience in sales – financial services (insurance, unit trust) preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work shifting schedule.
