Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
• Daily visit to merchants and build good relationships with the PIC store
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and the program’s sales targets can be met
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues
• Manage around 15–20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position
• Required skills: strong leadership, ability to manage a team and area, good communication skills, and marketing skills with social media
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
