About the Role

As a Sales Project Manager at Midea Electronics Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales projects and initiatives. This full‑time position is based in central Jakarta, with opportunities to contribute to the company's growth and expansion within the Indonesian market.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project goals and targets.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Participate in the development and execution of sales‑related training programs for the team.
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in a sales management or project management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and project management principles, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring, with the ability to identify and implement data‑driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
