Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Professional to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth within the luxury materials and design industry.

Job Description
  • Understand how customer behaviour and needs impact current and future business performance, and respond proactively to ensure sustainable sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as architects, interior designers, consultants, and end users to achieve positive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including warehouse, logistics, administration, and project teams.
  • Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports.
  • Accompany customers during showroom visits and provide product consultations.
  • Conduct project site visits as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Professional Sales, Executive Sales, or Senior Sales.
  • Experience in selling luxury products with a high-end customer profile is an advantage.
  • Interest or understanding of furniture, interior design, architecture, or building materials is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
