Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while driving sales growth in the chemical industry. This role combines strategic leadership in operational efficiency with commercial expertise to expand market presence, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and resources (including raw materials and labor) to control costs and maintain financial stability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of high performance across sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational data to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive sales growth in chemical products, ranging from commodity to specialty, with a focus on paint, coating, adhesive, and plastics industries.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, providing technical support, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with key customer accounts, while identifying and developing new clients and suppliers.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management to align operational activities with strategic goals.
  • Deliver regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and operational outcomes.
