A leading biotechnology company seeks a Sales Operations & CRM Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves optimizing sales processes and ensuring data integrity within the CRM platform. The successful candidate will perform sales calculations, build reports, and provide training on CRM usage, with a focus on Veeva. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales effectiveness or business analytics are required. The Sales Operations & CRM Specialist supports a high-performing sales organization by optimizing processes, data, and tools across the lead-to-order lifecycle. Ensure the CRM platform effectively supports the end-to-end sales process and delivers reliable, actionable data. This role is responsible for system administration, configuration, and integrations, as well as maintaining data quality and building reports and dashboards that guide sales execution and leadership oversight
Execute monthly and quarterly sales calculations with high accuracy, including reconciliation with sales team and finance actuals.
Perform incentive (SIP) calculations accurately and on time, maintaining clear crediting rules, audit trails, and dispute resolution processes.
Deliver accurate, timely sales reports and dashboards to stakeholders in daily basis, ensuring consistent definitions and clear insights.
Data quality governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards (completeness, accuracy, timeliness)
Administer Veeva CRM (users, roles, permissions), configure fields, objects, and automations.
Maintain data integrity: imports, deduplication, validation rules, and audits.
Build reports, dashboards, and pipelines tailored to sales and leadership needs.
Integrate Veeva CRM with related systems.
Train users, create documentation, and provide ongoing support, champion best practices.
Gather requirements and deliver enhancements; manage release testing and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales effectiveness, or business analytics.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Proven track record implementing or improving sales processes and CRM configurations.
Managed data quality programs and integrations across systems.
Proactive mindset with strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving to address the challenges.
Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
