Now, we’re looking for a Sales Officer in Bali, to join our growing team and bring the Dune experience to divers around the world.

Role Overview

As a Sales Officer, you’ll be the first connection between travelers and their next diving adventure. You’ll handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and make sure each guest’s journey — from first contact to final dive — runs perfectly. This role is ideal for someone who loves communication, organization, and the ocean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and agent inquiries via email, phone, and web
  • Provide information about diving trips, destinations, and services
  • Manage reservations, issue confirmations, and send invoices
  • Coordinate with operational teams across destinations to manage availability and logistics
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records in our booking system (CRM)
  • Ensure excellent customer service from start to finish
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in travel, diving, hospitality, or customer service
  • Fluent in English (French or another language is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets)
  • Passionate about diving, travel, and creating meaningful guest experiences
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
