Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team across designated areas, ensuring the achievement of sales, distribution, and promotional targets.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with outlets, distributors, and business partners to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

Oversee the implementation of promotional activities, ensuring they align with company standards and brand guidelines.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and regional potential to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall performance.

Provide ongoing training, motivation, and coaching to the sales team to boost productivity, instill discipline, and enhance team effectiveness.

Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless operational execution in the field.

Perform additional area management duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and distribution in Modern Trade and Horeca channels.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, sales operations, and outlet management.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective area strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Highly disciplined, proactive, and results‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
