Analyze sales data, market trends, and regional potential to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall performance.
Provide ongoing training, motivation, and coaching to the sales team to boost productivity, instill discipline, and enhance team effectiveness.
Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless operational execution in the field.
Perform additional area management duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.
