Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales strategies for factory spare parts, machinery, and accessories specifically for the textile industry (spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, garment).
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the textile manufacturing segment, including distributors, agents, and end users.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Negotiation & Presentation: Conduct technical presentations, price quotations, and contract negotiations with B2B clients.
- Market Research: Analyze textile industry trends, machine technology developments, and competitors to support decision-making.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, after-sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and delivery.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, sales projections, and product development recommendations for management.
- Customer Relations – Maintain long-term relationships with textile factories, machine suppliers, and industrial accessory vendors.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Tektile/Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales of factory spare parts, machinery, and accessories for the textile industry, or 2 years in a managerial position.
- Understanding of the textile production process from upstream to downstream (spinning to garment) and the need for machine components/accessories.
- Extensive network in the textile industry (spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing).
- Strong negotiation, technical presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM/ERP applications and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Possess a Class A or Class C driver's license and be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Added Value: Proficiency in English or Mandarin for communication with international principals and vendors.
