Job summary

A growing fuel provider company in Indonesia is seeking a B2B Sales professional in Surabaya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of S1 education and at least 2 years of sales experience. Responsibilities include selling products, finding new markets, creating sales plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and a driving license are required. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to travel throughout Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 Education in all majors, technical majors will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and integrity.
  • Proficient in negotiation and communication skills.
  • Wide networking capability.
  • Strong interest in sales and high motivation.
  • Driving license (SIM A) is required.
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Sell company products through B2B channels.
  • Find new markets for product sales.
  • Create per-customer and per-product sales plans.
  • Make reports and evaluations of sales follow-up.
  • Prepare price quotations for customers.
  • Present company profile to customers.
  • Support admin with Account Receivable maintenance.
  • Maintain strategies for existing clients.
  • Establish good relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Selling company products B2B Channel (HSD)

Finding new markets for product sales

Making per-customer and per-product sales plans in the region

Make a report and evaluation of the results of the follow-up and also the visit

Make a price quotation for customers

Performs company profile presentations to customers

Support Admin to maintenance Account Receivable if under special conditions

Perform maintenance and existing client strategies

Establish a good relationship with customers or clients

Qualifications

Work experience of at least 2 years as B2B Sales / Marketing

Good interpersonal skills, team work and integrity

Proficient in negotiation and communication skills

Having a wide networking

Strong interest in sales, high motivated person, dynamic

Willing to travel or to be placed all around Indonesia
