A logistics service provider based in Semarang is seeking a Sales Mandarin Staff to identify new customers and manage business relationships. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Sales staff in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping Line.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and willing to work mobile.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and client dealing skills.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.

  1. Identify and approach new customers in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  2. Conduct follow-ups and sales offers to potential clients.
  3. Actively explore and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
  4. Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
  5. Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  6. Update and maintain customer databases on a regular basis.
  7. Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
